Who we are
The controller of your data is the team behind rudz.eu. Contact: . The address is hidden from bots and appears when you click.
What we collect
Only what you type into the forms on this site:
- the name you would like for your address;
- your current email address;
- your essay, if you write one.
We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party fonts. Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
Why, and on what basis
To let a human at rudz know that you applied, to read your essay and to reply to you. The lawful basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give with the checkbox and can withdraw at any time.
Where it goes
Your submission is sent as an email to the rudz team using Cloudflare's Email Service. It is not stored in a database on this site. Cloudflare acts as our processor for hosting and email delivery.
How long we keep it
Until your application is decided, and no longer than twelve months. Sooner, if you ask.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Write to us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
